My names Dean and I’ve started this business because I’ve become interested in insulating homes retrospectively.

I come from a background of construction, property investment and development. In the last three years I’ve hands on built and refurbished 3 houses, I’ve been staggered at the volumes of insulation needed to conform to building regulations these days, I am also staggered at the cost of materials.

The recent hike in energy prices have shocked me on my portfolio and I’ve decided to set up this business to help homeowners mainly in South London to help try and cut their energy bills.

I am not convinced many  people took much notice of Energy performance certificates ( EPCs) when they first came out but I think their importance in home buying and selling is really becoming a big thing now.

I have built up a network of good suppliers, contractors and professionals who can help get bills down.
